Transmit 3.6 Adds Amazon S3 Support

Hurray to the gods of slow Wednesday afternoons. Everyone’s favorite ftp client is out with an update and is better than ever. Transmit 3.6 has added support for Amazon S3 (yesss!) and something called URL copying (no idea, but it’s sure to be cool whatever it is).

Kevin Walzer, author of Mac app PacketStream, recently asked the MacSB List for feedback on his new website design.

The response was swift and largely in agreement:

Too simple. Someone asked if the stylesheet had been mis-referenced. Switch to a sans-serif font for paragraph text For Gods sake, hire a designer

Unless you are a graphic designer, finding icons for your Micro ISV web page and blog can be a problem. Although I strongly encourage you to hire a good graphic designer for most of your original graphic needs, sometimes a simple RSS feed or email icon is all you need.
